At SEP, I knew I’d be surrounded by really smart engineers and I was looking forward to picking their brains and learning about the software development process. “I chose to return to SEP for my 5th internship with the company because they have a great atmosphere where people are open to helping others, questions are encouraged, and learning is a priority. I find that every year I’m at SEP, they offer new experiences and learning opportunities due to the variety of projects and team members.  I enjoy and grow from every internship that I spend here.”

“I chose SEP for my internship because it offered so many additional opportunities outside of work. The startup weekend was one thing that drew me in. The fact that SEP was dedicated and committed to letting their employees be creative was a big factor in my decision. I liked that SEPLabs supported new ideas and innovation internally.”

Elliot Yesmunt

Software Engineering Intern

School: IUPUI

Major: Computer Science

Project: Embedded Display System for Agricultural Machinery

“From the research I did on SEP before I interviewed, everyone at SEP seemed to really like the variety of the projects they worked on. Some said it was almost like having a different job every 5 years. This freshness was definitely appealing to me.”

Jeremy Wright

Software Engineering Intern

School: Rose-Hulman

Major: Computer Science

Project: Embedded Display System for Agricultural Machinery

“I chose SEP because I saw them at the career fair and heard they were from Carmel, which is where I’m from. I read about them online, asked both the employees and other students about the company, and became more interested in interning with them over time. SEP was also at a few hackathons I attended, and I met employees who helped me get a better understanding of SEP’s culture. A few interviews and a couple emails later and now I’m here!”
