At SEP, interns aren’t here to fetch coffee or build something that gets shelved at the end of August. From day one, they’re on real project teams, writing code that ships, contributing to business decisions, and doing work that actually matters to real clients. It’s the same standard we hold for everyone here.
This summer, we’re welcoming eight interns across software engineering, IT, and business operations. They come from universities across the country, bring a range of backgrounds and interests, and are spending the summer working in person alongside experienced engineers and teammates in our Westfield, Indiana office. Each one has a mentor and a team invested in their growth, with a full summer of real work ahead of them.
Here’s who they are and what they’re here to tackle.
