SEP has been named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work for 2026 by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce — marking the 17th time the Westfield-based software product design and development company has received the honor. SEP was selected in the medium company category, which includes organizations with between 75 and 249 U.S. employees.
Headquartered in Westfield, Indiana, SEP partners with companies across industries to design and build custom software products and digital systems.
Now in its 21st year, the Indiana Chamber’s Best Places to Work program recognized 150 companies across Indiana. Honorees were selected based on employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys conducted by the Workforce Research Group.
Company rankings will be revealed at an awards dinner on May 13 at the Indiana Convention Center.
“Being named a Best Place to Work 17 times reflects the people here, and that means everything to us,” said Traci Dossett, Chief Operating Officer at SEP. “This award is driven by our employees — their voices, their experience, and the culture they create together every day. We’re incredibly proud of the team that makes this place what it is.”
SEP’s repeated recognition reflects a workplace culture built on trust, collaboration, and shared ownership. As an employee-owned company, every SEP team member has a direct stake in the company’s success — shaping how the business operates and how people show up for each other and for clients every day.
Earning this honor 17 times doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects a workplace where people continue choosing — year after year — to invest in their colleagues, their craft, and their company.
Winners will also be featured in Inside Indiana Business with Gerry Dick.
