Guiding Product Strategy

We started with a deep discovery process, listening to homeowners, technicians, and stakeholders. Wireframes, journey mapping, and design workshops helped uncover assumptions and surface the features that mattered most. Consumer App Refresh

The existing consumer app was functional but dated. We modernized its design with refreshed branding and created mascots that turned dry data into friendly, actionable insights. Users could now see water usage patterns, set goals, and monitor budgets—all in a way that felt approachable and engaging. At the same time, we accounted for legacy code and tight deadlines, ensuring compatibility while keeping the rollout on track.

Dealer App Development

For dealers, speed and accuracy matter. Previously, technicians had to click through menus on a four-button LCD screen to configure systems. SEP built a new dealer app using Xamarin.Forms, enabling one codebase across iOS and Android. With Bluetooth connectivity and configuration presets, installers could set up devices in just a few taps and quickly access diagnostic data—saving time and reducing errors.
