Jeff Patton
Founder, Jeff Patton & Associates
Jeff Patton is founder and principal of Jeff Patton & Associates. Jeff has been involved in creating software since the 1980s. In the late 90s and early 2000s Jeff worked as a product leader for a small company that today is Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Since the early 2000s Jeff has been deeply involved in teaching and speaking in the Agile, User Experience, and Product Management communities. Jeff is best known as the author of the bestselling O’Reilly book User Story Mapping which describes a simple holistic approach to using stories in Agile development without losing sight of the big picture. It’s recommended reading for product managers, designers, and anyone participating in an Agile process.
