Overview
Company culture is hard; transforming a company culture is even harder. Many organizations have invested in Agile coaches, training, and even changed the way they operate, all leading to frustration. At SEP, we believe that Culture is how we act outside of processes and practices, and eliminating barriers for people to be their best selves. SEP has been helping our clients develop products for over 30 years, and our focus on culture has resulted in an average employee tenure of 10 years.

Chris Shinkle
Director of Innovation
Chris Shinkle serves as SEP’s Director of Innovation. He has been a thought leader and initiator of new ideas and continuous improvement at SEP since 1997. His experience comes from building products with many clients in a variety of industries, including aerospace, medical, healthcare, and finance.
