SEP has a long history of taking care of its customers. As Vice President of Customer Experience, Mike leads the work of designing great customer experiences and deepening customer relationships.
Mike ushers customers into the SEP experience, exploring how we can best support their vision, and collaborates with the teams that bring it to reality. He and our teams listen intently to feedback, celebrate successes, and learn from failures so we can ultimately be the best partner possible.
Prior to joining SEP in 2009, Mike led business development and customer engagement at several companies. His experience spans from coaching teams tackling multi-million dollar growth initiatives.
He is active in his community and particularly passionate for organizations investing in the next generation. He introduced SEP to Camptown, whose mission is teaching youth about life through outdoor adventure. He’s also partnered with organizations like EDGE Mentoring, the Orr Fellowship, YoungLife, Shepherd Community Center, College Park Church, and Carmel Dads Club.
Mike graduated from Grove City College in 2002, where he earned a degree in Business Communication and, most importantly, met his wife, Lindsay. They live in Carmel, Indiana with their three children.
