Mike Mumau

Vice President, Customer Experience


SEP has a long history of taking care of its customers. As Vice President of Customer Experience, Mike leads the work of designing great customer experiences and deepening customer relationships.

Background and Education

Mike graduated from Grove City College in 2002, earning a degree in Business Communication. He then led business development and customer engagement at several companies before joining the team at SEP.

Working at SEP

Mike ushers customers into the SEP experience, exploring how we can best support their vision, and collaborates with the teams that bring it to reality. He and our teams listen intently to feedback, celebrate successes, and learn from failures, so we can ultimately be the best partner possible.

He is active in his community and passionate about organizations investing in the next generation.

Mike married his college sweetheart, Lindsay, and they live in Carmel, Indiana, with their three children.
