SEP’s Ryan Schade Named Finalist for Tech 25 Emerging Leader Award

December 12, 2024

Westfield, IN—SEP proudly announces that Ryan Schade has been named a TechPoint Tech 25 Emerging Leader Award finalist. This award shines a spotlight on Indiana’s most innovative and impactful tech leaders – those who are leading innovation, creating solutions, and driving their organizations forward in incredible ways.

Ryan began as a software engineer with a sharp focus on solving tough technical problems. Over the years, he’s transformed into a multifaceted leader who connects technology with business strategy and innovative solutions. Whether building medical devices, tackling complex development projects, or stepping into roles like team manager and mentor, Ryan thrives in the face of complexity.

“It’s been a blast to watch Ryan grow from an engineer to a team leader, to a manager of team leads, and now even dipping his toe into leading managers,” said Raman Ohri, President and CEO of SEP.

Ryan’s range, from hardcore engineer to business development leader, is pretty broad and pretty special.

“At SEP, people tend to stick around for a long time, so they get different experiences,” Ohri continued. “Ryan’s range, from being a really hardcore engineer working on clinical lab equipment and aircraft engine prediction modules to doing business development and organization development, is pretty broad and pretty special. Ryan lives for the chaos, the uncertainty, figuring things out, and solving problems.”

Ryan’s impact stretches beyond the walls of SEP. He mentors others, volunteers his time, and continuously champions strategies that deliver unparalleled results for our clients. His ability to lead with resilience and ingenuity has made him an anchor in SEP’s success—and we couldn’t be prouder of him for being recognized among Indiana’s most outstanding tech leaders.
