SEP Welcomes Quentin Law as Vice President of Finance

SEP, a 100% employee-owned software product development firm, announces the hiring of Quentin Law as Vice President of Finance. Quentin brings over 22 years of finance leadership to guide the company’s financial strategy and operations.

“Quentin’s background across Big 4 consulting, global manufacturing, and software gives him a well-rounded view of financial leadership,” said Traci Dossett, COO of SEP.

“As we plan for SEP’s long-term growth, we need a partner who understands both the discipline of day-to-day financial management and the responsibility of stewarding an ESOP well.  I’m thrilled to have Quentin on board!”

Quentin earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis and an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University.

He joins SEP from Orchard Software Corporation, a healthcare software company, where he served as Vice President of Finance. Over his career, he’s built deep expertise in financial strategy, accounting, treasury, and team leadership.

As Vice President of Finance at SEP, Quentin will help shape financial strategy, manage day-to-day financial operations, and support the ESOP, partnering closely with SEP’s leadership team to shape financial processes, lead strategic planning initiatives, and build the systems that keep SEP’s employee-owned company growing.

“What drew me to SEP was the employee ownership model and the valuable services we provide to our clients,” said Quentin Law, Vice President of Finance at SEP. “Stewarding the financial health of a company on behalf of its employee-owners is a different kind of responsibility, and I’m looking forward to partnering with Traci and the team to support SEP’s continued growth.  I also think we are providing solutions for clients to help them solve very difficult issues, which sets SEP up to continue its long history of success, and I look forward to being a part of it.”
