About Quentin
Background and Education
Quentin earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Indianapolis and an M.B.A. in Finance from Indiana University. His career spans 22 years of finance leadership across tax consulting, global manufacturing, and healthcare software.
Quentin joins SEP from Orchard Software Corporation, a healthcare software company, where he served as Vice President of Finance. Over his career, he’s built deep expertise in financial strategy, accounting, treasury, and team leadership.
Working at SEP
As Vice President of Finance at SEP, Quentin draws on over 22 years of finance leadership to guide the company’s financial strategy and day-to-day operations. He partners closely with SEP’s COO and executive leadership team on strategic and capital planning, and stewards the financial health of the ESOP on behalf of SEP’s employee-owners.
His approach pairs disciplined day-to-day accounting controls and financial management to manage risk and meet short-term commitments with planning and strategy execution to grow the value of the business over the long-term.
In the Community
Quentin is a member of Cornerstone Bible Church and serves on the Welcome Team there. He also serves on the Northwest Warriors Basketball Club Board of Directors as the Treasurer.
On a Personal Note
Quentin is married to Melissa, and they live in Westfield, Indiana with their two sons.
