Three Ways to Intern at SEP
Business
Support SEP’s operations and growth through data analysis, business intelligence, marketing projects, or work with our custom internal software. You’ll collaborate with SEP’s customer experience team and contribute to projects that keep our employee-owned company running smoothly.
Design
Work alongside engineers, testers, and project managers to create user experiences that matter. You’ll gain hands-on experience in UX and interaction design while contributing to client projects that ship to real users.
Engineering
Join project teams working across diverse industries and technology stacks. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers to build solutions using languages and tools that match each client’s needs—giving you exposure to real-world software development beyond what you’ll see in any single classroom.
Your Summer at SEP
An internship at SEP means working in our Westfield, Indiana, office for the summer, where you will collaborate face-to-face with your team and mentor. Remote internships are not available. This in-person experience is essential to how we work—and how you’ll learn.
But it’s not all work and no play! You’ll also get to:
