About Traci
Background and Education
A graduate of Indiana University, Traci has combined her finance and operations expertise with a passion for people to help grow SEP from a small software engineering firm into a global provider of software and product development services.
Working at SEP
Traci joined SEP in 1993 and has held a variety of roles throughout her tenure. Starting in administration, she advanced through positions and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and a member of SEP’s Board of Directors.
In her role, Traci oversees finance, operations, and governance, with a focus on building sustainable business practices and fostering employee ownership. She played a key role in SEP’s 2010 transition to a 100% employee-owned ESOP, leading both internal and external negotiations. Traci also spearheads SEP’s philanthropic efforts, including the establishment of The SEP Foundation, which supports employee-driven charitable giving of time, resources, and expertise.
In the Community
A passionate advocate for education, community development, and food security, Traci has served on numerous boards and advisory councils.
Her involvement has included:

On a Personal Note
Traci and her husband, Jason, live in Westfield, where they raised their two sons, Owen and Evan. She enjoys traveling, cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers, and supporting community initiatives that bring people together.
