Andre Franklin

Background and Education

Andre earned a B.S. in Information Technology from Indiana State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. His career spans more than 15 years across product management, business architecture, and technology consulting, with deep roots in life sciences and complex enterprise environments.

He also served in the Indiana Army National Guard, including a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, an experience that shaped his leadership under pressure and his commitment to mission clarity. Andre joins SEP from the NCAA, where he served as Associate Director of Product Management.

Working at SEP

At SEP, Andre guides clients through complex software projects, helping diverse stakeholders align around shared goals and keeping teams focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. He brings a systems thinker’s lens to engagement management, bridging business strategy and technical architecture, and is especially energized by the practical application of AI across business domains, not just in theory, but in ways that genuinely help teams operate better.

In the Community

Andre is passionate about developing leaders at every stage. As Founder and Curator of Pivotal, a peer community of entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and executives that convenes regularly, he hosts Pivotal Conversations, a series of curated discussions around technology, capital, and organizational change. He also coaches middle school track and field, investing in young athletes both on and off the track.
