About Brian

Background and Education

Brian earned his B.S. in Computing and Information Sciences from McKendree University while serving on active duty in the USAF. Over the years, he has worked closely with large, global organizations to lead digital transformation efforts and align business goals with the right technology strategies. He builds strong relationships, asks thoughtful questions, and helps teams achieve clarity and forward momentum.

Working at SEP

At SEP, Brian works side-by-side with clients and maker teams to ensure each engagement runs smoothly, delivers meaningful results, and upholds SEP’s dedication to quality. In his role, he leads a team of Engagement Managers and works to thoroughly understand the people, processes, and technologies involved, enabling teams to deliver optimal solutions.

In the Community

Service has always been important to Brian. He spent several years volunteering as a board member and K9 handler with Midwest Search Dogs and trained others in ground search and rescue through the Indiana Department of Homeland Security. A lifelong athlete, Brian has spent three decades coaching youth sports across various levels. He also is an active leadership mentor and coach inside and out of the workplace. Camptown is one of his favorite ways to give back.

On a Personal Note

Brian lives in Kokomo with his fiancée and their two energetic dogs. A Jeep enthusiast with a garage full of toys, he prefers to spend most of his free time outdoors. Most of all, he treasures time with his grandkids and planning their next great adventure.
