About Jeff
Background and Education
Jeff graduated from Rose‑Hulman Institute of Technology and has maintained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification since 2005 and Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) certification since 2009. He is also a certified ISO 13485 auditor. During earlier work, Jeff received a US-133 AV-8 B Maintenance Stations Phase 1 appreciation award and earned a Line 1 maintenance certification on the F-408 Pegasus Engine. With decades of experience in software quality compliance, training, and leadership, Jeff has deep knowledge of standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14385, and DO‑178B/C.
Working at SEP
Since 2003, Jeff has led SEP’s Quality Management System, focusing on maintaining the highest quality standards for client software delivery and specializing in highly regulated industries, including aerospace and defense. He ensures compliance and guides teams through complex challenges, supporting clients in delivering high-quality software products. His role centers on employee development, helping teams build their skills, collaborate effectively, and apply best practices so they can consistently deliver quality outcomes for clients.
Jeff focuses on expanding SEP’s footprint into new industries, managing client relationships, recruiting and mentoring engineers, and standardizing quality processes throughout the organization.
