Senior UX Designer

Chris Hartley is a Senior UX Designer. Since 2020, he has led human-centered design for consumer, defense, and pharmaceutical products. His current focus is creating and scaling design systems that unify a multi-brand, multi-product IoT ecosystem. Before SEP, Chris spent nearly a decade blending marketing design, creative direction, and commercial photography, and running a boutique marketing agency along the way. His diverse background informs the strategic yet hands-on approach he brings to every project.

He attended the University of Indianapolis, earning a BFA in Visual Communication Design.
