Ryan Hermann

Ryan is the Director of IT at SEP.

Background and Education

Ryan has diverse experience in designing and managing complex systems while continually looking to improve service levels. He graduated with a degree in Information Technology from Rasmussen College.

Certifications include:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from the International Information Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2

Working at SEP

He joined the company in 2016 with a background in leading teams in information technology and product management.

In his current role, Ryan is responsible for improving and safeguarding SEP’s IT operations, and infrastructure that enable product teams to make awesome software. This includes maintaining and enhancing digital work environments, corporate infrastructure and disaster recovery systems, and cloud integrations, all while providing a stable and secure IT environment.

In the Community

Ryan is an active member of the community.

Involvement includes:

• FORUM Credit Union Advisory Council
• Helping Veterans and their Families (HVAF) of Indiana Ambassador

On a Personal Note

When Ryan and his wife Candace aren’t entertaining their four children, he enjoys spending his time focusing on fitness, especially long-distance cycling.
