About Marty
Background and Education
Marty earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Over the course of his career, he has held executive roles focused on scaling businesses and driving technical innovation:
- As Chief Operating Officer at Vibenomics, his work poised the company to become North America’s largest in-store retail media ad network.
- He founded and ran a consulting firm for more than ten years, managing large programs for Fortune 500 clients in SaaS, energy, and public transit.
- As Vice President of Engineering at Emmis Communications, he led major technical initiatives and oversaw compliance across domestic and international operations.
Working at SEP
In his role, Marty is responsible for building robust strategies around data security, compliance, and IT infrastructure. He collaborates closely with development teams and clients, integrating tools like AI to help meet business objectives.
In the Community
Marty is involved in College Park Church, serving on an advisory board for Local Outreach efforts, and engaging in the American Sign Language community.
On a Personal Note
Marty resides in Zionsville, Indiana, where his family was raised. He has two grown children living in Park City, Utah and Westfield, Indiana. He is blessed with 2 grandsons.
