About Kelly
Background and Education
Kelly graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and later received a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management. Before joining SEP, she worked at a national financial advisory firm offering investment and insurance services, where she led communications and marketing initiatives.
Working at SEP
Since joining SEP in 2007, Kelly has led the company’s marketing, public relations, and event management efforts. She oversees all of the company’s events and community engagement efforts that strengthen its reputation as a trusted software development partner.
Kelly collaborates closely with SEP’s leadership team on educational marketing initiatives that showcase the company’s expertise in software development practices. She has also helped organize Lean and Agile industry conferences across the United States, supporting knowledge sharing within the broader tech community.

Kelly is an active member of the community and is passionate about giving back.

She and her husband, Jim, along with their two children, reside in Fishers. Their family dog, Buddy (a rescue lab), keeps them on their toes!
