The beginning of each year is often the time to look back on the previous and speak about the future.
At our last company meeting we announced Raman Ohri’s promotion to President of SEP. Raman gave the employees a great overview of where we are going and what goals he has for the company. The nice thing about his talk was that it’s all actionable things that we all understand.
Here are a few bullets from his talk that really resonated with me.
Looking forward we want:
- To do work you’re proud of.
- To push each other to be even more exceptional team mates and leaders.
- To blow our clients away with the work that we do and the experience we provide
- To make all of these goals sustainable
