SEP celebrated its 21st Anniversary on May 11, 2009. In 1988, engineers from Rose-Hulman decided to start their own software engineering firm and thus, SEP was born.
Jeff Gilbert, SEP’s President and CEO stated, “When we started SEP we didn’t know if the model would work. Now in 21 years, we have not only survived but thrived in an industry that has changed and remade itself many times. Despite the current uncertainty I am so pleased with where we are. That initial dream embodied in the name of this organization is coming together within a vision that integrates all into a compelling mission. I’m excited to see what is next.”
