SEP’s Chris Shinkle was featured at the first annual Lean/Kanban Conference in Miami, FL. The lineup of speakers comprised the largest group of Lean and Kanban innovators, leading edge practitioners, and influential thought leaders ever assembled to share their thoughts, experiences, and ideas on successfully applying Lean techniques to software engineering and project management. The conference was a unique opportunity to meet with and learn directly from industry luminaries and practitioners using these ideas every day in organizations around the world.
