SEP has been named by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The 100 companies selected were chosen out of a record number of applicants. These top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
“We’re thrilled to be named a Best Place to Work for the sixth year in a row,” said Raman Ohri, President of SEP. “This isn’t something we take for granted. We have an amazing group of employees and we all work hard to keep it a place where we want to be.”
Winners were selected from four categories: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 full-time employees are in Indiana.
Last year, SEP placed as the 6th Best Place to Work in the medium category and has been a consistent Top 10 finisher, including the top spot in 2010.
