SEP has been named a 2015 Indianapolis Star Top Workplace. In association with Workplace Dynamics, The Indianapolis Star identified 85 Central Indiana companies for the award measuring employee opinions on engagement, organization health and satisfaction.
“We are really honored to be nominated to receive this award again,” said Laura Terry, HR Manager of SEP. “Passion for doing good work, continuous learning, and making SEP a fun workplace is at the core of what we believe, and it’s exciting to be recognized.”
SEP placed tenth on the list of 50 small-sized companies (100 employees or less).
“When we receive the survey results comparing SEP to the benchmark, it’s rewarding to see the majority of our ranking are above the benchmark for companies like ours,” said Terry. “We appreciate hearing our employees’ thoughts, and we are dedicated to making SEP better every year.”
