As Vice President of Service Delivery, Mike Cronin helps SEP teams and clients stay focused on what matters most—building strong partnerships, simplifying complexity, and delivering high-impact solutions. He leads a team of Engagement Managers and drives SEP’s Strategy and Innovation practice.

Background + Education

Mike’s career began with four years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he developed his steady, level-headed approach to leadership. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati and has spent the decades since leading large-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, Mike has also contributed his expertise to well-known organizations like Herff Jones and Eli Lilly. Mike brings deep experience across business systems—B2B, B2C, mobile, internal—with a knack for helping teams cut through the noise and move forward with clarity.

At SEP, Mike helps clients think through their toughest challenges and works closely with teams to deliver meaningful results. Whether he’s guiding a team through delivery or helping shape strategy, he is known for his calm presence, practical mindset, and willingness to roll up his sleeves.

Community Involvement

Mike has a long history of giving back through coaching and mentorship. He spent 15 years coaching youth soccer with Carmel FC, and he brings that same steady encouragement and team-first spirit into his work every day.

Mike lives in Carmel, Indiana, with his family. He enjoys the outdoors and workouts with friends and family. He’s always up for a challenge, a thoughtful conversation, or a good cup of coffee.
