Bio

As Vice President of Service Delivery, Ryan Schade brings steady leadership, cross-functional expertise, and prioritizes meaningful client relationships. He leads a team of Engagement Managers and actively contributes to our talent scouting efforts.

Background + Education

Ryan joined SEP as a software engineer in 1999 after earning his degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Since then, he’s contributed across engineering, UX, recruiting, and customer experience. His experience spans industries including aerospace, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, pharma, and automotive. Ryan is known for his thoughtful approach, steady leadership, and strong client relationships.

Working at SEP

Most recently, he helped shape SEP’s leadership structure and now partners with a team of Engagement Managers across diverse clients and industries. His role focuses on fostering team support and collaboration among developers and designers company-wide. He also leads key client partnerships and guides teams through complex engagements.

Community Involvement

Giving back has always been important to Ryan. Over the past decade, he has dedicated his time to volunteering with Gleaners Food Bank and Camptown and contributing to the FORUM Credit Union Advisory Council, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for supporting his community.

On a Personal Note

Ryan stays busy with his kids’ many activities and keeping up with his two energetic rescue labs. At home in Westfield with his wife, Agnes, Ryan and his family share a love for traveling and exploring new destinations together.
