Jon Fuller
Bio
Jon serves as the Director of Software Engineering at SEP.
Background and Education
Jon graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where he caught the bug for writing code, solving problems, and making things happen.
Jon has diverse experience working with complex software products, including:
- Desktop
- Web
- Mobile
- Embedded
- Cloud
Working at SEP
He joined SEP in 2008 after diving into software product development for a financial services company.
Jon is responsible for improving and safeguarding SEP’s engineering fitness. He continually works to strengthen our developer experience and company culture, push technical excellence, and advance the local technical community.
In addition, John runs and organizes company hackathons and our internal training program for new team members, SEP Learns.

John is an active member of the community.

On a Personal Note
Jon lives in Noblesville with his wife, Sandi, and two daughters, Camryn and Caitlyn. Other hobbies include cycling and lifting weights.
