She’s done the work, built the products, led the teams, created new roles, and have kept a focus on cross-functional collaboration, communication, and customer centricity through it all. She believes the power (and the weakness) of a team can be felt through the product by customers, and she’s passionate about strengthening both the individual and the unit as a big step towards driving business outcomes and excellence in product teams.
