The most interesting part of conversation to me was his view on strategy. As someone who loves to learn and challenge my own thinking in this area, I really appreciated his candor and perspective. This conversation left me thinking a little differently for one of the hats I wear here at SEP.
Throughout his career Jeron has cultivated an excellent record of success, most recently producing significant result with Rolls-Royce, United Venture Partners and High Alpha to name a few organizations.
Continuously, he’s been acknowledged as goal focused and always ready to go above and beyond to achieve corporate objectives and develop mutually beneficial relationships with customers, board members and investors. Additionally, his strong abilities in corporate development, campaign management, board governance along with multi-functional team leadership, provide a unique skill set that will allow him to immediately excel within any organization.
Raman has spent his career at SEP, starting as an engineer out of Rose-Hulman. He is now CEO and President. Raman leads SEP in building exceptional software products and stronger teams by collaboratively identifying the right product to build, executing the project, and leveling up our clients’ teams’ software practices.
