Mike has split his career between sales, marketing, and building software. Prior to building PivotCX, Mike founded Indy Associates, Virtual Payment Systems, and Professional Blog Service. Mike also served as Director of Development for DirectEmployers Association where he helped architect the National Labor Exchange and served on the board of directors for the HR Open Standards Consortium. Now, Mike is responsible for PivotCX’s product, digital operations, and podcast. He loves that he’s still hands-on, coding! He loves talking about all things product, recruiting, and software development.
Wes has spent his career learning by trying and has found a unique path to building a great team and product at Woven. He believes it takes an effective team to make a positive dent in the universe. But building great software teams is a challenge. He works with engineering leaders to create hiring systems that build effective teams. Wes says, “I came by my learning the honest way (by screwing up). Now, I get to focus all my energy helping others with this wicked-hard problem.”
Raman has spent his career at SEP, starting as an engineer out of Rose-Hulman. He is now CEO and President. Raman leads SEP in building exceptional software products and stronger teams by collaboratively identifying the right product to build, executing the project, and leveling up our clients’ teams’ software practices.
With his diverse background and expertise, Zac brings a unique perspective to discussions around innovation, leadership, and the ever-evolving tech landscape. His ability to bridge technical and business domains makes him a valuable voice in the industry.
